Here you will find detailed information about the holiday apartments, prices and other important things.

There is an extra charge of € 19 for each additional person over 14 years. There is no charge for one child under the age of 3. The charge for additional children between 3 and 9.9 years is € 5, between 10 and 14 years € 9. There is no extra charge for a baby crib with bedding.
The apartment price includes bedding and towels, hot water, electricity, heating, the use of the swimming pond, and the final cleaning.

There is an extra charge of € 40 for stays of less than 5 days. Reservations for less than a week's stay can only be accepted on short notice.
The local tax is 2 Euro per person over 14 years and is not included in the price.
We request payment in cash since we are not equipped to take credit cards. All reservations are binding, once we have sent you a confirmation letter/e-mail.
Should you then need to arrive later or depart earlier, we will charge 80% of the confirmed price for the days without occupancy.
Cancellation Policy: In case of a reservation cancellation 30 days or less prior to the beginning of the rental period, there will be a charge of 80% of the confirmed price.
